Yes, every time Brewships delivers, you must have proof of age that you are over 21 and that ID must match the credit card used to purchase the beer.

What is our no contact policy for showing ID when making deliveries?
We will text you upon receiving your order.

In order to make a non-contact delivery, we will ask you to send us a selfie with your face clearly visible in the photo as well as the name, date of birth and ID picture clearly visible. If we have any doubts about your age, then we retain the right to perform additional voluntary shakedowns on you that you agree to by using this website, such as requesting additional proof of age, a video conference or to be able to provide expert knowledge on subjects only older people who are of legal drinking age would possibly know. These methods are being deployed at this time to be socially responsible and we expect our customers to do the same.

What if the shakedown doesn’t convince you?
In the event no method above works, we will ask you to leave your ID outside to be scanned. We recommend the person matching the credit card and ID to remain at a distance of over 10 feet behind a glass door or window visible to the driver. Upon confirmation they will leave the order as well as the ID you provided with the order. We retain the right to cancel your order and refund your money if proof of age provided is deemed unsatisfactory.
